Adv. Domina Damian Madeli  is the Legal Services Manager at the Dar Rapid Transit Agency (DART).  Adv.Domina Damian Madeli is a holder of Law Master’s Degree from Tanzania-German Center for Post Graduate Studies in Law (LL.M). Her LL.B is from the University of Dar es Salaam. She is an Advocate of the High Court and the Subordinate Courts thereto. She is as well, a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.  She is a prominent lawyer in multiple fields:  Public transport;  Regional integration  specifically the East African Community and the European Union basing on her Master’s degree course works, dissertation, and field work; Business law, Public Private Partnership, and Land Law. She is a successful practicing Advocate of the High Court for 15 years representing the Government in the High Court without losing a single case. The cases handled include cases lodged by prominent activists against Government decisions, and cases lodged in the High Court against the ruling political party.

Apart from the Legal Profession, Adv.Domina Damian Madeli is prominent in Waste Management studied in Japan Hyogo Prefecture. She drafted Environmental By-Laws for Temeke Municipal Council and Tanga City Council. She is also prominent in sports law. She was a Chief Legal Advisor for Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) where she successfully assisted review of TFF Codes.
