Dr. Eliphas Mollel is the Director of Administration, Human Resources and Communication responsible for provide overall leadership in strategy development and effective implementation of Human Resources and Administration functions and Communication in line with DART’s Agency Strategic Plan to achieve the mandate of the Agency.
Qualifications
Dr. Mollel has a solid HR& Administration educational background where he holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D.-HRM) majoring in Performance and Compensation Management from Moi University –Kenya, Masters of Business Administration majoring in Logistic Management (MBA-LM) from Coventry University-UK, Master of Public Administration majoring in Human Resource Management (MPA-HRM) from the University of Botswana and a Bachelor of Public Administration Majoring in Human Resources Management (BPA-HRM) from Mzumbe University Morogoro Tanzania.
Career Experience
Dr. Mollel has over 15 years of experience in Tanzania’s Public and Private Sector in Human Resources Management and administration and has successfully undertaken several assignments in designing, review and implementing HR Policies in both Public and Private Organization in Tanzania. Moreover, prior to this role, he was the Head of HR and Administration in various Local Government Council of which prior to this role he worked for the period of four years as the Banker in one of the Commercial Bank in Tanzania. Dr. Mollel, is also in the Editorial Board of the two reputable International Journal of Research Innovation and Implications in Education (JRIIE) and East African Journal of Education and Social Sciences (EAJESS). Finally, but not least, he is also currently serving as the Board member and Chair of the two institutions in Tanzania.
