He holds a Master's degree in International Development from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom, equipping him with a strong foundation in development strategies. Prior to his leadership at TIC, Mr. Teri honed his skills through diverse engagements. He served at the World Bank (WB), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF).
