Yes Tanzania has a PPP pipeline and is currently being optimised for release. Some of the projects are in the procurement stage, pre-feasibility study and concept note such as the construction of a four Star Airport Hotel at Julius Nyerere International Airport and the Development of a Commercial Complex at Julius Nyerere International Airport (CA-TAA), Dar es Salaam Rapid Transport project- DART-Phase I up to 6 (CA-Dar Es Salaam Rapid Transit Agency (DART),DAR ES SALAAM, Construction of Kibaha - Mlandizi - Lot 1 (Kibaha – Mlandizi - Chalinze 78.9Km) ,Chalinze – Morogoro (126.1) Km) –lot 2 ,Igawa-Tunduma (189 Km) and Mbeya Bypass (48.9km) ,O&M ,Dar es Salaam Inner Ring Road (50.9km) and Dar es Salaam Outer Ring Road (77.5km),Morogoro – Dodoma (262 km)(CA-Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS)- DAR ES SALAAM and so many projects

RFQ: Government invites private sector partners based on qualifications.
RFP: Shortlisted parties submit detailed project proposals.
Evaluation: Government selects a partner based on technical and financial criteria.
Construction: Partner builds and adheres to agreed standards.
Operation: Partner manages and maintains the project.
