DART Phase Two extends to cover an additional 20.3 km and the corridor traverses from Mbagala Area in Temeke District to the CBD, connecting at the Kariakoo hub with Phase 1. The main section included in Phase 2 being on Kilwa Road from the city centre to Mbagala Rangi Tatu. Other parts of the corridor include inter-connected trunk routes from South Kawawa Road at Morogoro Road junction to Mgulani junction and on and Chang’ombe road
