Construction of LGTI Students hostel under PPP Arrangement

The project aims to construct four (4) students’ hostel buildings with G+3 at the Local Government Training Institute (LGTI), Dodoma. It will create adequate affordable and safe hostel accommodation for the students enrolled in the institute. The Projected Capital Costs (CAPEX) is estimated to be TZS 12,726,00,000.00. The project conforms to all local rules and regulations, in particular the PPP regulations. It is economically, commercially, financially and strategically viable.
