Bus service provider(s)
UDA Rapid Transit Company (UDART) is an authorized Company which was established to provide transport services in DART routes in the interim period.
DART is mandated to supervise the service provider (UDART) to abide with the terms of agreement and conditions set by the Government.
UDART started with 140 buses and the Phase 1 bus fleet will number to 305 buses for full service operations.
There are three types of buses;
Articulated Buses: These are 18 meters long with loading capacity of 155 passenger and fuel capacity of 400 litres
Rigid Buses: These are 12 meters long with a fuel tank capacity of 200 litres and loading capacity of 90 passengers
Feeder Buses: These are 12 meters long with a fuel tank capacity of 200 litres and loading capacity of 80 passengers
