Short-term Training programmes

Short-term training programmes offered by TPSC are designed to build the capacity of public servants to change their mindset and enhance skills with the aim of increasing productivity and efficiency in public service. The training is organized based on:

• Needs identified by the college through training needs assessment.
• Specific needs of clients.

The target audience for short-term training are public servants from Ministries, Agencies and Authorities, Independent Government Departments, and Local Government Authorities.

Long-term Training programmes

Long-term training programmes are offerered at the levels of Certificate, Diploma, and Bachelor’s Degree programs, which adhere to NACTVET and TCU training standards. The programmes prepare prospective public servants and the private sector in various fields that meet the job market requirements in the country. The target audience for long-term courses are graduates of Form Four and Form Six and graduates with relevant qualifications who wish to advance their education.
