Shirika la Elimu Kibaha latoa mafunzo ya e-Mrejesho kwa viongozi

Kibaha Education Centre has conducted training on the use of the e-Mrejesho system for its leaders, aiming to enable them to utilize the system to receive and respond promptly to feedback such as complaints, suggestions, inquiries, advice, and compliments from the public.
During the training, the leaders learned how to handle citizen feedback concerning services provided by the Centre, as well as how to log in and operate the e-Mrejesho system.
While presenting a session on the use of e-Mrejesho, the ICT Officer, Mr. Amran Ramadhan, emphasized that every user must access the e-Mrejesho system and manage the feedback submitted by the public regarding the services provided by Kibaha Education Centre.
“This system makes it easier for citizens to send feedback about the services provided by the Centre and receive timely and more efficient responses,” said Mr. Ramadhan.
Presenting on the Client Service Charter, which forms the basis of service delivery to the public, Mr. Emmanuel Lweyo explained that the charter outlines the timeframes within which services requested by citizens from institutions under the Centre should be addressed.
Mr. Lweyo emphasized that staff members of the Centre are required to adhere to the service standards outlined in the charter in order to provide better services to the public.
The e-Mrejesho system will enable leaders and other officers of the Centre to use the platform and view, in real time, the advice, complaints, and compliments submitted by citizens.
Kibaha Education Centre provides educational services, training, and library services to the public through its institutions, which include secondary schools and mid-level colleges.
